Andra Dempster (Nee Gough) is a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager with over 17 years of FMCG integrated marketing experience leading global and local brands with strong growth profiles across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific Region. As a strong marketing leader and manager, Andra is valued for her interpersonal communication skills, success in managing large cross-functional teams, and developing strong marketing teams to maximize individual performance and business results. Currently, Andra is the Director - Insights & Analytics ANZ & Japan at Mondelēz International. In her current role, she leads the insights and analytics function for ANZ and Japan, driving category growth through consumer and shopper insights, analytics, and innovation. Prior to this, Andra held the position of Senior Marketing Manager - Marketing Capability & Strategic Portfolio Management Total Snacking ANZ and Senior Marketing Manager - Strategic Portfolio Management Total Chocolate & Sponsorships ANZ at Mondelēz International. Andra holds a Masters of Marketing from Monash University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts with a major in Accounting and Politics.
